1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at support@yosho.co.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions, free credits, or the referral programme.

3. The service

Yosho offers short-form and premium video content, and tools to generate AI videos from text prompts. Some content and features are free; others require an active subscription or AI credits. We may add, change, suspend, or remove content and features at any time.

4. Subscriptions, AI credits, and payments

4.1 Plans and pricing

Subscription plans and one-time AI credit packs are shown in the App with their current price in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, and/or the applicable app store.

4.2 Billing and renewal

Recurring subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (for example monthly or yearly) and, where offered as auto-renewing, renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the period stated in the App. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for all fees you incur.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through the App or through your app store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.

4.4 AI credits

• New accounts receive a limited number of complimentary AI credits.
• Each AI video generation consumes one credit, deducted when the request is accepted.
• Subscribing grants the number of credits stated for that plan; credit packs add the stated number of credits.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
• A credit is consumed even if you are dissatisfied with the generated result, provided a video was produced. If generation fails due to a technical fault on our side, the credit is restored.

4.5 Refunds

Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policy, payments for subscriptions, credit packs, and consumed credits are non-refundable. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund process. For other billing issues, contact support@yosho.co.in.

4.6 Price changes

We may change prices for subscriptions and packs. Changes to a recurring subscription price will take effect on the next renewal after we give you notice, and you may cancel before then.

5. User content and AI-generated content

• Your content. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, as between you and other users, the AI videos generated for you.
• Licence to us. You grant Nuevo Alture Tech Ventures LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your prompts and generated content for the purposes of operating, moderating, promoting, and improving the App.
• Public feed. AI videos you generate may be posted to the public in-app reels feed under your username unless you choose otherwise or ask us to remove them.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have all rights needed to submit it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or share content, or to act, in a way that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
• is sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, or promotes violence or self-harm;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including generating the likeness or voice of a real person without their permission;
• is deceptive, impersonates another person, or spreads misinformation;
• contains malware, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the App, its servers, or other users;
• scrapes or harvests data, or uses bots or automated means except as expressly permitted;
• circumvents credit limits, payment requirements, content protections, or moderation.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Content may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure, in serious cases without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its content library (excluding user content), software, design, and trademarks are owned by Nuevo Alture Tech Ventures LLP or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by the App's features.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Razorpay, and Google / Firebase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If you obtained the App through an app store, that store is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any purpose. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuevo Alture Tech Ventures LLP and its partners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App during that period or INR 5,000.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuevo Alture Tech Ventures LLP from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the App, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5 to 12 and 14) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any right you have to bring proceedings in your local courts under mandatory law, the courts at Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
